Pretty sure that violates the constitution, but it's not like it matters anymore.
I also find it really ironic they smashed up a bail bonds place to protest cash bonds (not sure what sense that makes but ok) and find it perfectly acceptable to use private bail funds and the like supported by Kamala Harris and the rest of the people encouraging riots and unrest.
