A new party would bleed the GOPe of volunteers, donations, data, candidates (based leaders like Desantis may switch parties) and obviously voters. We would destroy most of the RINOs.
A new party also needs to be certified in each individual state. This was part of the problem Perot had when he ran for pres. He couldn't get placed on the ticket in every state.
