For not representing their constituents. They can literally be recalled/impeached for anything with enough signatures/votes.

No, they can't. You have to have actual charges of violating his oath of office. "Not representing his constituents" isn't an impeachable offense. Even if you do find something, impeachment is nothing more than a formal filing of charges. You would still have to prove the charges and get him convicted and THEN, maybe, you can get him removed from office. Point is, the likelihood of getting him removed from office before his term is up is somewhere between slim and none. Censuring (and maybe kicking him out of the party) is the best they can do right now.

I'm sorry you must be living in the old norms. In the new norms you can be impeached for anything.
