Here's the bill:

Context: The Arizona Legislature has been trying to subpoena the election materials for over a month and a half now. The judges are unsure if they can enforce their subpoena and Maricopa County is constantly stalling and backing out of deals. On top of this, Paul Boyer refused to vote to hold them in contempt.

Relevant text:

THE LEGISLATURE'S PLENARY AUTHORITY TO CONDUCT AN INVESTIGATION ON ANY MATTER MAY NOT BE INFRINGED BY ANY OTHER LAW.

EXCEPT AS PROVIDED IN SUBSECTION A OF THIS SECTION AND NOTWITHSTANDING ANY OTHER LAW, COUNTY ELECTION EQUIPMENT, SYSTEMS AND RECORDS AND OTHER INFORMATION THAT IS UNDER THE CONTROL OF COUNTY PERSONNEL MAY NOT BE DEEMED PRIVILEGED INFORMATION, CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION OR OTHER INFORMATION PROTECTED FROM DISCLOSURE, ARE SUBJECT TO SUBPOENA AND MUST BE PRODUCED.

Finally....

A COURT MAY COMPEL A PERSON TO PRODUCE THE RECORDS THAT ARE SUBJECT TO THE SUBPOENA

If this bill passes, they are essentially guaranteed to receive everything that they're asking for. This website needs to be pushing this bill HARD.
