Texas has small % but still 3M acres... NV 85%, AZ 38%, CA 45%.

Texas is more south than west.. sorry Tx

Feds should sell all that land to individual landowners (pedes) and pay down some debt. Pedes can then frack, build pipelines and whatnot to restore energy independence.
