The thought of that seems a little mind blowing in that you would hope there would only be one problem at a time.
I like that Texas has a caveat to the law.
If the person is 65+ that price gouging happens to, the fine can be $250,000.00
Here in NC, my mother in law lost power on Friday.
As of this morning she is still waiting for it to come back.
I thought we were having it rough over here but you all are in a heck of a mess.
Definitely will be keeping you all in Texas in thoughts & prayers.
I lived in Texas, loved it & all these years later still want to come back.
Not to mention that Governor Abbott put us under a state of emergency due to the storm itself!
