Most states wouldn't go with this shit. It would be challenged in courts all the way to SCOTUS and struck down. They didn't do fucks worth of shit for Trump for the Election, but they'll do anything they can to prevent The Boogaloo.
About 17(?) states, mine included, have passed 2A Sanctuary State legislation. It will go to the courts because of that and County Sheriffs, like in Missouri, who have come out and said they would arrest any federal agent trying to enforce their bs. Everyone needs to be POLITICAL AS FUCK right now, and by that, I mean we need to be in every election to win it. We need to watch election laws we don’t like, being pushed for, etc, and fix our local areas, and we need to do it fast. This will be a Yiden Nationstate vs the States the next 4 years. So, get control of your state and don’t let go.
I've been saying for a while that people need to start at a local level. Federal changes are NOT the way to go. It's already been shown Federal level give no fucks and are waiving their betrayal in our faces.
States with real Republican majorities in legislative means, need to start pushing for making Voter ID mandatory, pushing for outlawing electronic voting machines and tabulators, and pushing for a hard cut off time of ballot deliveries. Making any ballot delivered to the county election HQ, after for example midnight, are immediately marked invalid and set aside for forensic auditing. They also need to push for signature verification on all ballots, a voter database that shows if someone has already voted in that election, banning mail in voting, and passing legislation for extreme and harsh penalties for anyone convicted of voting tampering or fraud. There also needs to be background checks and approval process for anyone working elections. We've seen too many people that are clearly corrupt and have been causing shit for years.
It all starts at the state and local level. The Federal level is the big smoke and mirrors show. If the local levels and states pass the right legislation, the Federal level will hold virtually no authority.
