Here is my writeup. The psych eval is the main cause for concern. The psychologist is appointed by the AG. You can be flagged for drug and alcohol use, but more likely for "radical" beliefs, i.e. supporting Trump. The Psych evals apply retroactively, so current gunowners will need to have one, not just new buyers. If you are flagged by the psychologist, they have the discretion to require all ex wives, current wife, all members of your immediate household, and 2 associates outside your family to be interrogated in order to gather further evidence to disqualify you. It would also open them up to government scrutiny because you know all of this will be documented at Gestapo levels.
