I think the SCOTUS is now pinned to a wall. If this were to pass, then states sued for it being unconstitutional, all the way to the SCOTUS, they would know if they ruled it constitutional, it would kick off the Boogaloo. For as much damage as the left wants to do, they don't want a secession. They want to try and keep everyone in place and obedient. If they seceded, they lose their power and won't have a chance anymore.

This. That’s why they ask for the moon. They know they won’t get it, but SCOTUS may cave on something and that’s as good as a win. See you in two more years..and over and over we go.. I’m sick of this bs. SHALL NOT INFRINGE. The entire 2A is less than 250 words. It’s very clear and concise.
