Republicans are cowards and suck at lawfare. Burn the neocon Federalist society to the ground that runs the GOP legal teams. We need to find MAGA lawyers with a spine.

131
Sphinx3peat 131 points ago +132 / -1

If Republicans were even 50% as unified as the leftists and communists, we could have America in an amazing place.

2016-2018 should have been our time to push through a shitton of America-saving laws, but Paul Ryan is a RINO-cuck-faggot and Mitch is a bitch.

60
PlanTruster 60 points ago +62 / -2

4

So people like Scott Adams then say, "See, no fraud. No courts agreed, and if there had been they would have taken the cases. So, no fraud.".

It's stupid, but that's what they say.

The GOP is reactive, not proactive. Faggots.

55
Toughsky_Shitsky 55 points ago +55 / -0

This past election is the best example.

6+ months of dems setting up the steal, in broad daylight .. and lawsuits only after the theft, instead of monitoring vote counting, infiltration of counting operations, and FBI stings.

The local cops do more on New Years Eve to stop drunk driving than the repug AG did to protect the vote in a Presidential election. It's fucking pathetic.

22
soysaucenuts 22 points ago +22 / -0

I was flabbergasted nothing was done to prevent the steal. We knew in 2018 after they brazenly stole the house, that it was a dry run for 2020. They really didn’t even try to hide their objectives. How we went into 2020 with NO plan to deal with the steal is beyond me.

7
Jonald_Trump 7 points ago +7 / -0

And Ronna Romney McDaniel continues to lead the GOPe like Hellen Keller would.

6
Duke65 6 points ago +6 / -0

I have been asking these same questions. Since 2016's election theft nothing until 2020? The GOP has hell to pay and rightfully so!

40
QSWO1 40 points ago +40 / -0

Wrong. Republicans are just as dirty, and corrupt. Trumps 2020 term would have called them out as much as the democrates. Its a uniparty.

16
phandaal 16 points ago +16 / -0

Bingo. Republicans are like the Devil - their greatest trick is convincing people they do this shit because they're scared.

6
MisterClinton 6 points ago +6 / -0

It’s two different parties that both support expansion of the central government.

In the past Dems support governmental interference into social welfare and economy, but were against defense expansion. Republicans were for defense spending and expand, against government running welfare and the economy.

In more recent years Ds support unconditional growth of the government, Rs are at least somewhat against government interference in the economy.

But if you want to limit or reverse governmental growth, the entire machine will be against you. The most recent administration to successfully shrink the government was Calvin Coolidge, and the most recent to successfully limit its growth was Ronald Reagan. (A year ago I would have said Donald Trump, oh well he tried)

Every thing not designed with the explicit purpose to resist the left eventually becomes left wing. US Federalism successfully pushed the growth back by more than a century, but mass media and people’s tendency to seek authority during crises eventually broke it.

It was good while it lasted.

7
GetUpStandUp 7 points ago +9 / -2

Or maybe it's because you all still fail to see and realize the vast majority of Republicans aren't even Republicans.

6
Jappletime 6 points ago +6 / -0

They Are Demrats In Sheep's Clothing.

5
Throwingway22 5 points ago +5 / -0

Let's be honest, the term RINO is used backwards. The people we call RINOs are the real Republicans and that's why the Republican party isn't fit for purpose.

It's to SCARE any wanna-be-MAGA people from running anywhere else in the country and to constantly feed the "MAGA == Terrorist" narrative so that they can destroy any wanna-be-MAGA anywhere else in the country.

They are not after Trump, they are after all of us.

The left plays politics to fucking WIN .. the right plays to not be called names.

Expect a new lawsuit, from some lefty fucktard or group, every month for the next 4 years.

muh optics ... no shit.

The dems aren't afraid to destroy their enemy in war .. you know, exactly what winners do.

1
DiscoverAFire 1 point ago +1 / -0

If we donate straight to trump instead of through GOP they'll try to claim all that money as reparations for having to deal with the bad orange man, or some bullshit.

2
HeavenlyTrumpets 2 points ago +2 / -0

If he runs again I don't think it'll be as GOP. Then again some never Trumpers are talking about making their own third party so who knows for sure

1

12

What they enjoy is putting on a show to distract you and I from the real business, like they've done for 50+ years. That's the job description of a Congress who has had barely a double digit approval rating since before (and during) Obama.

Bennie Thompson is a well known hack and grifter from Mississippi’s Delta region.

4
Forbidden_outcast 4 points ago +4 / -0

Not just a hack and grifter. But a hack and grifter that only the dumbest of the dumb could possibly follow. I hate to say that about fellow persons- but we still have many who can’t read or write, or who have not moved past 7th grade education, even if they did on paper. They are bound to be amazed by a black man who’s “made it”, and still (will pretend) to talk to them. They must think he is amazing.

This is your racebaiter of oletime. The one Frederick Douglas warned everyone about. The one that whoever gerrymandered the very first time, it now has circled-back to haunt them. This is the crook to end all crooks- yet not nearly as smart as Maxine Waters, Ilhan Omar, Eric Swalwell, Joe Biden, or AOC. This person is dumber than Hank Johnson and Sheila Jackson Lee. He is truly special. He will be discussed in history books, for sure.

1
TuckerCarlsonsTie 1 point ago +1 / -0

Wasn’t he indicted on criminal charges years ago?

62
TiredCampaigner 62 points ago +62 / -0

Does this mean we can sue BLM, the DNC, all the individual pols like AOC and Omar, as well as the MSM for the mental anguish of all their bullshit from the "mostly peaceful protests"?

Far easier to draw a line from point A to point B there.

19
FireannDireach 19 points ago +20 / -1

Of course - you always could. You can sue anyone for anything. The key is getting the judge to accept the case.

But you'll need to match funds with very wealthy groups. BLM can afford better lawyers than you, and they'll drown you in motions and paperwork. And a lot of their lawyers will be pro bono.

38
TwistedSister 38 points ago +40 / -2

There's a really big problem with this....First, the Proud Boys proudly boasted about how Trump disavowed them, and secondly, Several of us were arguing with Enrique Tarrio on Parler for a whole week about refraining from doing violence, saying Trump was against it, stating it was a dumb idea because he didn't have a plan for when people got arrested, didn't raise money for insurance policies for people who got killed or injured, that he was just going into the whole thing half-baked, and Tarrio just banned anybody who didn't agree with him.

34
Mew_Deuces 34 points ago +34 / -0

This will get dismissed. They don't want to set the precident that you can sue presidents

1
FireannDireach 1 point ago +1 / -0

The SCOTUS already spoke on the matter with Nixon vs. Fitzgerald, where they opined that while a sitting President can be held accountable for criminal charges, he can't be sued for civil matters for his actions as President. He's been acquitted of any criminal acts, so a civil suit fails even harder.

So this case fails at the start, unless Thompson can get this to the Supremes, and get a different ruling.

0
magadommer 0 points ago +1 / -1

their position is that since their charges, incitement of violence and obstruction of congress, aren't in the capacity of president, that they were actions taken as a private citizen

0

It will fail based on Nixon vs. Fitzgerald, unless SCOTUS undoes that decision. That's my take. We'll see.
