Trader Joe's is notoriously hostile to non-cult members.
They discriminate.
Have experienced it on both coasts.
Sue their asses. Do not sympathize with their criminal behavior.

Most stores you can’t make your own price bill of goods like that. I guess if you have those self checkout machines it would work. Or you calculate the tax yourself and just leave the cash there, take it or leave it
