It the real world, FICA is automatically with held and state Tax is also held, then social security is a debate, you can get away with not paying that immediately, but I know for fact here on Ohio, it's 13% of gross earnings, and they penalize the hell out of you for late payments. So only in DC again, can one re-work laws and regulations, to manipulate our system for money gain.
