I live in true blue NYC (hold your applause) and took the training to be a poll worker. No one asked me my party affiliation. And one thing we were taught was that there needs to be a republican and a dem together making any decisions that may come up on voting day. But we can easily become poll workers, I'm quite sure, and then raise our voices when fake ballots are pulled out from under the table. I dunno, maybe I'm naive.
Democrat Party machines in places like Philly and Detroit take great care to make sure that their fraud goes without a hitch.
You can be a GOP ballot observer but all they do is register your objections and they keep counting the fraudulent mail-in ballots.
When they count the fake ballots - they are not going to stop the count just because some GOP observer objects to a ballot. They are not going to start matching all the information for a single ballot every time some observer objects.
All they do is register your objection somewhere.

I WAS talking about what happened with poll workers, not poll watchers.
Unfortunately, poll workers have bosses who control what they do.
All the Democrats needed were some BIG CITY counties under their control - to control the entire state.
They have had iron control over big cities for 150 years. Republicans prefer to live in rural and suburban areas.

The Democrats would be fools not to stuff the ballot boxes in every election since they face zero consequences for doing so.
Not only do the Republicans not try to stop them - the Republicans don't even complain about it - they don't even acknowledge the fraud.
If the GOP did acknowledge the fraud - they would be embarrassed because people might ask them why they are too pussy to do anything about it.
You should not EVER discourage people from voting. Period.
