Actually I don't think people do understand. They did the defund the police routine to get the honest long term mostly white police to quit in job lots so they can bring in somalis and other migrants to fill those vacant spots. This is how you turn a police force from a public defender into a bought and paid for force of bullies. It's like in venezuela where the dictator uses cuban troops to enforce his will because the cubans hate the mainland population and have no fucks to give if ordered to oppress or kill them.
