SEEMS LIKE THE STATE SHOULD HAVE THE POWER TO REMOVE A SENATOR WHO IS NOT WORKING FOR THEM. IF NOT, THEN THERE NEED TO BE SOME LAWS CHANGED. TALK ABOUT A RIGGED SYSTEM.
UNDERSTAND. I AM SAYING THAT IS NOT GOOD ENOUGH. LAW SHOULD BE CHANGED. THAT IS FEDERAL POWER TO REMOVE A SENATOR. STATE SEEMS PRETTY POWERLESS. IN GENERAL, STATES NEED TO EXERCISE MORE STATE SOVEREIGNTY. WE NEED TO REDUCE THE SIZE OF THE FEDERAL GOV. BY ABOUT 90%.
The Constitution would need to be amended. There's no way that will happen, especially since many of the people involved would be voting to make it easier for their constituents to fire them.
Even if we went with the constitutional convention route, that's probably not going to work either with the deep blue states voting against it because their Deep State senators don't want to put their seats at risk.

They do, but it requires 2-3rds vote.
