So cops have time to make “friendly” after dark calls on citizens to remind them that trespassing and dumping garbage on private property are crimes. Did they pay the same “friendly” visit to the other poster Anthony and give him the same message? Officer was out of bounds I’d say.
If they didn't have a warrant to monitor the online conversations... they violated her 4th amendment rights. If she wants to hassle the county, there's the opening. Get a lawyer, maybe a private investigator.
