They are already trying to blame this on "not using renewables." The wind power TX has is operating at HALF capacity in this weather. Solar panels don't work in snow. The left is GOING TO regret trying to use this situation to push the things that contribute to the problem. Another thing contributing is their constant screaming to shut down power plants that are actually reliable.
I want to agree with you...but I don't think the left will ever regret it.
If Texas had absolutely no power source but wind power, and 2/3 of the state were blacked out, the left would say we don't have enough turbines and solar with batteries.
Actually I take back part of what I said...they MAY say we don't have enough renewables but they WILL say we're using too much energy and we need to reduce our day-to-day usage.
