Just hide the signatures from the people they send to verify. Tell them they can have the list when the new governor is sworn in. Then quietly continue to ignore anyone who comes asking.

Don't you just automatically assume Democrats are going to be 100% hypocritical about everything these days?

It makes it a lot easier. No reason to be shocked by leftist hypocrisy anymore.

I think I am more shocked that if he decided he wanted to take the senate spot, he could.
How did such a provision sneak itself into being a legal option for him?
Would that be legal in other states? (I see what I will be investigating later tonight. Oh well, it is a slow TV night....)

The fact that Newsome could appoint himself to take harris' seat in the senate is troubling as well.

It is disturbing that he could easily place himself in that spot if he moved on it before the CA recall.
I can not imagine him & Auntie Nancy on the loose in cingress. Oof.
