This is typically given in late January, early February. The latest given in recent years was Trump's 2017 address which was given on 02/28. We are already in mid-February and the Biden show-runners haven't even mentioned the State of the Union. Are they hoping we forget about his responsibility for this?

Presidents don’t give a state of the union until they’ve been in office for a year.

Hmmpf, looking into it, you are right. I was thrown off because Trump did give a speech in his first year.

Actually, I’m not sure that I am correct. I just read something that said Biden will be releasing a “pre-recorded” state of the union in late February.
