My workplace is implementing a mandatory requirement that all company employees be vaccinated. Help!
I work for a government contractor. This afternoon I received a memo saying that all company employees would need to be vaccinated as soon as possible. I am very uncomfortable about this. What recourse do I have? I don't want to be a guinea pig.
Refuse. They don't have legal standing. If they can force a vax, they can force any other medical procedure they deem necessary. I'd not do it. Let them fire you. Then you can hire an attorney and retire early.
Print off the CDC vaccination sheet and fill it out.
If they say something hand it to them.
If they want a call from your doctor tell them to eat a dick.

My boss asked me to call the health department and see if I could get them to come in and vaccinate everyone at work. I asked if he was making the vaccination mandatory, and told him if so, I was giving my notice right then. He has not said another word about it.
