My workplace is implementing a mandatory requirement that all company employees be vaccinated. Help!
I work for a government contractor. This afternoon I received a memo saying that all company employees would need to be vaccinated as soon as possible. I am very uncomfortable about this. What recourse do I have? I don't want to be a guinea pig.
My boss asked me to call the health department and see if I could get them to come in and vaccinate everyone at work. I asked if he was making the vaccination mandatory, and told him if so, I was giving my notice right then. He has not said another word about it.
