Can you tell me what areas those are that are getting the brunt if you get a chance? It looks like mostly Appalachia. But I know nothing about Kentucky.
Thanks for the links. Yeah, if they got hammered with ice, that'd do it. Haven't heard anything about it around here nor seen anyone online talking about outages.

So I'm on mobile and that link won't show the map, even on 'desktop mode', but it looks like the Ashland area already had a bunch of power outages from ice storms on the 11th but then this recent one hit 'em again with more ice, causing outages in Hazard and Pikeville as well.
