It follows that a substitute meat would use less of these resources, and the resources could be used more efficiently to allow for human population growth.
But the plan falsely assumes 1) Climate change is a problem, and 2) Western people will happily give up luxuries like eating real meat so the Gates Foundation can redirect resources to Africa
