Parler could have just deleted the post. Instead, Parler CHOSE to ban the poster.
They played into Milo's hands. Within 24 hours of 'free speech' platform Parler returning, Milo brought out the truth that they will not unconditionally give everyone a platform to speak. What's worse, they cave to outcry just like any other platform.
Whether it is good for 'our own' or not, Milo's goal was to reveal if Parler was going to be 100% onboard with free speech or not. It was a litmus test to see how free-speech they were prepared to be. Should 'our own' be 100% for free speech or not?
Everyone who knows Milo knows he is a purist who lets people paint themselves into a corner. Exposure of one's true nature is inevitable, Milo is just a catalyst.
I'm glad to know Parler's true nature now before I begin investing my time again. Thanks to Milo we know now what to expect, before we engage, and not months or years later.
He allegedly incited violence by offering to pay people to shoot illegal immigrants. Same level of incitement that @khamenei_ir posts about Israel on Twitter and gets away with. I think it was a joke and he was entrapping Parler to ban him. Parler should have just deleted the post. But they chose to side with cancel culture and kill the messenger.
