Positive rights aren't an improvement, they are simply stacking problems on top of problems. "Protected classes" are inherently a bad idea in a constitutional republic where we are supposed to be equal under law.
This is exactly why I have argued for the break up of the country for about the last dozen years. Laws don't matter when most of the constituents are too stupid or too corrupted to understand them.
