I'm more concerned with the brandishing, intimidation, etc charges that fella could be facing with a hostile ag. You'll probably beat those charges but it opens you up for a process hit like you didn't file something on time or whatever. Don't mind me, I still have the mindset of living in a cucked state. I'm not used to the freedom in 'Murica. At my concealed carry course, they first went over how to not shoot your face with a loaded gun then why you're not going to use that loaded gun to protect anything because of this and that precedent and legal fees.
If they want you locked up you're gonna be locked up (or killed during apprehension). If they want you free they'll set you free. The legal system is just a partisan tool of oppression at this point.
