Link to footage? I heard the bomb stories mentioned heavily for about an hour, then it dwindled, and the next day everyone was talking about fire extinguishers. You'd think if that was real and they were still on the look out, that would be a real story. The way they seem unconcerned about pipe bombs, which would be acts of terrorism, really suggests the story fell apart. There was also a weird omission of detail about where exactly they were. Just "headquarters".
And the way they're going after all the grandmas at the rally and their relatives who didn't even go, it's hard to believe they aren't able to find out about these. Especially if they had footage, as you say...
I should be specific. There was footage of some random person wearing a mask supposedly near either the rnc or dnc carrying something. It probably wouldn't be hard to find but I didn't look into it. For all I kno it wasn't near either of the hq and the person wasn't doing anything suspicious.
I looked it up after your comment. With the info released, it's really hard to evaluate the story. What you described is nearly all of the info they put out, at least that I found. Is it normal to have such little information about that? Doesn't seem normal to me. Then again, the media hardly cared about the recent Nashville bombing.
They put a search for the person in the footage. I could only find a screen shot and not anything about how they came to suspect that person, since the picture is not a great link if taken alone.
Yea what I saw was a 5 sec video of the person walking around the corner. I'm guessing that was the screenshot you saw. I'm pretty sure I'd seen it on here or TDW but I didn't save it. Otherwise I would've linked it. If it's not a trump supporter, (and it doesn't look like one since they're wearing a mask but who knows) I doubt they're gonna look very hard even if it's true. But I can also see why it'd be hard to find them since they're covering their face and with only a short camera clip to go off of. I still wonder why a hq building wouldn't have more cameras tho, and I would think that facial recognition software would be advanced enough to figure out who it is. But again, Idk.

Ofc they have more of that person on camera. They only RELEASED a small clip.
