I appreciate the opportunity to see this presentation, and I hope the links and info show I am sincere in my efforts to verify the claims made in the video. Misinformation is the currency of the Enemies Of Freedom, let us not traffic in that coin.
For the sake of accuracy: she climbs into the broken window-frame, but is in no hurry to proceed. (Note there is a barricade of furniture pushed against the doors from the other side.) There is broken glass in the window-frame, on the floor behind her, and presumably on the other side. She appears to be (per the rules of normal human behavior) cautiously trying to decide how to proceed (or not) without cutting herself, more hesitant than determined to charge right through. She is also not looking in the direction of the shooter, she is watching her footing and likely never saw him.
Also important: other videos show congressmen or capitol staff standing not far from the barricade as the window-breaking begins, calmly talking among themselves. They do not seem to be fleeing the trespassers, even as the windows are being broken. Just before the shooting, some videos show men in business attire standing further down the hall- again showing no signs of alarm.
The police "guarding" the doors stand by calmly as young men get right in their face and punch past their heads breaking the windows. The SWAT team's demeanor is rather casual as they nudge through the group to the broken-window area before retreating to the stairwell around the corner. The only officer I have seen in these videos acting in an agitated manner is the one walking backwards baiting a group of people upstairs: if I remember correctly, he is the one who led them to this location. (I may be mistaken on that point, due to watching an overwhelming number of videos of this incident.)
I don't even know where to start with the obvious flaws in the video-maker's "reasoning," but I can address a few specific instances of CUBS (Complete Utter Bull Shit.) I will also try to make justice swift, and not squander time on the level of ridicule the video-maker deserves for putting such uninformed piffle out there.
He obviously knows little about glass: there are many different types of specialty/safety glass, all with their own breakage characteristics. Similar to tempered safety glass for autos (a plastic sheet sandwiched between 2 layers of glass) the "Georgian Wired Glass" often seen in public/institutional buildings like schools/hospitals has a thin mesh of wire embedded to keep it in one piece as it breaks (so to speak.) This would explain glass falling out as one sheet: that is what it is designed to do, if thus provoked. Not "conspiracy theory," conspiracy fact.
He also knows little about traumatic head injuries, or the nature of gunshot wounds. (ProTip: in real life, gunshot wounds do not always look like the gruesome gore-porn he watches on Netflix.) His uneducated guess concerning her hands is not just off-base: it's on the other side of the planet, desperately digging from China trying to get back to us here. A medical expert might call the reflexive tightening/spasms of her hands with arms drawn up a typical example of the "fencing response," in response to the traumatic injury to nerves in her neck (from the gunshot) and possibly to her head (from the fall.) Unless someone broke her fall, she certainly would have hit her head. (Yes, they lower her to the floor but some angles appear that she may have initially hit her head on the stairs' handrail fixture, and they are laying her down flat.) Note the "decorticate posturing" at this link, typical of this sort of injury. Not "conspiracy theory," conspiracy fact.
Not having seen the official ballistics report I can't say exactly where the round went into her neck (or if there was an exit wound.) I'm not going to speculate much until I do see the documents, but I have a preliminary theory or two based on medical fact. The lack of immediate obviously visible blood does not automatically mean the shooting was a hoax, that is a ludicrous leap of logic. As the article at this link states:
After the bullet enters through the skin, the skin retracts due to its elasticity. This will make the wound appear smaller than the bullet that has passed through. The bullet usually travels in a straight line, but its direction is unpredictable if it hits a bone. When this occurs, the bone may be shattered or the bullet may deflect and be sent to another area of the body.
From the same article, this very important point concerning exit wounds:
An exit wound, on the other hand, is larger and more irregular, with extruding tissue and no abrasion ring. There is far more blood that escapes an exit wound, and it can possibly be profuse.
The blood coming from her mouth a few seconds later is not unusual and has a logical explanation: liquids take the most available path of least resistance. There could have been a large exit wound in her throat/windpipe/bronchial area, with blood going into her lungs or mouth, coming up through a cough as her reflexes tried to clear her own airway. This would explain the less-obvious blood externally, compared to coming from her mouth (and if you've seen the tastelessly-published stills of her being taken away on a stretcher, she is a terrible mess minutes later.) To me, this seems much more plausible than someone squirting fake blood on her in front of an incoming full-alert SWAT team.
tl;dr This minimally-researched highly-speculative video (with more video-editing skills than common sense) proves nothing except the lengths that condescending internet-age children will go for clickbait and attention.

As a long-time conspiracy-fact researcher, I am quite familiar with the concept of "poisoning the well" in terms of mixing far-fetched and illogical claims in with factual information. Example: "Hologram planes faked the WTC disaster on 911," which would require all eyewitnesses to be in on the hoax, etc etc

I'm not saying the whole video presentation is dubious, but there are some very obvious inaccuracies and leaps of logic not backed up by anything. Considering how damaging misinformation and rumor can be to our efforts, I feel the need to point these things out when I see them- and back up my skepticism with the best information I have access to (be that articles from experts, general medical facts, or info from professionals I personally know. For example: I talked earlier with a longtime SWAT team member to get further insight on the rather questionable behavior/tactics seen in this incident and other issues concerning security of their equipment in a crowd situation, more on that in this post..)
