Who stands around unconcerned after shots are fired? Notice that the people dont even seem concerned that a shot was fired? That is NOT normal. You can watch videos of gunfire in public places and the first thing people do is duck and scatter not mingle about taking pictures.
What is the first thing police do when they enter a crime scene? They clear the scene. Those police didnt even try to clear the scene. It was total chaos which is NOT normal for trained police.
The first thing a first responder will do in a gunshot wound situation is find the wound and hold pressure. Nobody even looked for a wound. Another first responder no no is to move the patient before medics arrive. Moving a person can cause more harm, especially if the patient has a neck injury. She fell backwards so she would be at high risk for a neck injury.
Notice the shooter never comes within view of the camera? Why? What police officer fires on a woman climbing through a window without warning her first? He didnt warn her he just shot the gun.
Either those people were horribly bad actors or they were completely incompetent.
My thoughts exactly - those cops were not acting as they should have in that situation - you would think they’d Clear the area ASAP or have everyone against the wall with their hands up - Try to render aid to the victim - - no let’s Have everyone crowding around with cameras - Let unknown “rioters” suspects whatever stand behind them with zero concern - that doesn’t add up
Nor were the people standing around - after someone is shot dead right in front of them - you’d think people would Have ran Away or dropped to the floor immediately after the shot Went off -

How would they know if they could do anything about the wound? They didnt even look for one. Any police or medic will look for a wound. Hell, even a dumb ass reporter would want to find the would just to get a pic. How would you know the shooter meant to kill? We didnt see him, we dont know who he is and we cant hear his story. Would he really try to kill a woman crawling through a window?
If those were real police, they were an embarassment to the entire profession.

Any video on this incident is important and should be examined with an open mind. Even if a presenter's logic or motives are questionable, it's still worth a watch because there still could be information of value within. (Broken clock is correct twice a day, that kind of thing.)

the shooter took his sweet time to adjust before they fired. you can't see the face but you can see the gun... and there isn't blood going everywhere.
