Scoop the snow into a cup and put a thermometer into it. You can take pictures of it. If you can show the part of the thermometer covered in snow is registering a temperature above 32 degrees and not melting then share that, but seeing as how none of this weather is uncommon I don't know what kind of craziness you're proposing or for what reason why fake snow would be made and distributed across the second largest state in the nation.
