That signature block is a really wordy way to say race baiter. Maybe we should go back to ink and paper, people might not waste so many words.

Since the opening text is censored, and assuming this message is even real, I can’t tell if she’s speaking directly Darryl Leroux or someone else.

If she is attacking Darryl, the bio that keeps coming up for Darryl Leroux says he’s a professor of social justice and critical race theory.

Are they eating their own? Hahaha.

From the web;

Darryl Leroux is an Associate Professor in the Department of Social Justice and Community Studies. He teaches courses in classical and contemporary social theory, critical race theory, studies of colonialism, multiculturalism and diversity and the sociology of education.

Sessional trainer = she's done some instructional workshops. Basically, adjunct faculty at a small college -- works part time as an instructor, and has given workshops/is in charge of a group that prepares teaching material meant for the rez/people from a rez.

That's my take on it...and I need to use that term...sounds so much better than "led a workshop", doesn't it?

Oh this is too good;

Some recent news on Amie Wolf:

She’s of Mi’kmaq ancestry who objected to 12 teaching candidates teaching indengeous studies because they were white. She works for U of British Colombia, which is the west coast of Canada. Mi’kmaqs are from the east coast, thousands of miles away. But apparently she speaks for all and knows all about the various tribes in Canada.

She wrote some racist crap on the white candidates’ evaluations, and the school, instead of reprimanding or firing her told her they deleted the evaluations, advised her to do the same, and told her never speak of incident. Instead, she persisted. So they took away some of her duties. She’s of course going to fight. Here is one thing she told the white students:

“I said to the teacher candidates, ‘You being asked to teach Indigenous topics as a Caucasian person who knows nothing about our cultures of which there are 600 different, distinct nations, is the government’s spin on assimilation. We are built on the blood and the attempted genocide of Indigenous peoples. And I said you’re about to go on the payroll for one of the most ruthless colonial regimes in the world,” Wolf explains.

“There are teacher candidates here who are showing tendencies of white supremacy, which means vicious pushback against my message, and that’s what I experienced in the class.”

What a piece of work.
