CO2 regulation is purely a POWER GRAB. Even if you believe in global warming, even if you believe in air regulations of VOCs, HAP, NESHAP, Halons, NOx, and all the other EPA listed air pollutants. CO2 is 100% the EPA is doing too good of a job and are going to lose funding so they need a new cash cow to stay relevant. Air Pollution has never been lower, the Ozone HOLE we heard so much about as kids has healed up, the oil that was suppose to run out in 2020 is still flowing strong. It's exaggerated statistical lies for power. Do not let CO2 "carbon" crap pass or they'll be regulating every thing down to the meat ranches for the respiration from animals, they already have the Methane numbers studied on Animal Feeding Operations (AFOs) farts.
