No, they integrated green power into their grid. Frozen windmills, while easier to navigate in mini-golf, produce zero energy.

Nuclear = consistent power, can't really ramp up or down Green = only works with sun is up (solar) or wind is blowing (wind mills) Coal/Nag gas = Only way to handle the spikes. These are being shut down.
