Since the 1871 Ku Klux Klan statute deals with disenfranchisement of African American voters, it should be used to get ALL of the election fraud cases into federal court in each of the battleground states. And since the evidence threshold is preponderance of evidence (of which there is many examples in each state - affidavits, unconstitutional changes by state election groups without state legislative approval) it should be easy to move these forward for MAGA wins.

You could potentially extrapolate this out as a lawsuit basis for any sort of last minute election interference that allows fraudulent activity disenfranchising voters.
