I have two 3D printers, one is resin. A mill is the way to go.
I have no doubt that a 3D printed lower could work, but I doubt how long it would continue to do so.
I have two polymer AR lowers and they work great, but they have brass inserts everywhere something is screwed in place. Without the brass inserts I don’t think a polymer lower would work very well.
