Based on 2018 and certainly 2020, I think it's safe to say that 'voting patterns' are pretty unreliable. Urban blacks voting Democrat by the vast majority? Hell, maybe it's just been easier to commit voting fraud and blacks are overwhelmingly conservative! (Ok, that's a stretch, I know heheh, but still...)
However, they were very over-represented at polling locations where an election got stolen so there's that. It's possible less actually vote but when they do they vote 1000 times.
