My daughter asked me to stop sending her proof that the coof is fake news. I said ok because I love her and now feel like I've been contributing to her stress levels.

If I was a smidge more callous I would have sent her this...

"No. You're in your mid twenties and have judged me by your ignorance.

Nothing I've shown you was a lie. Nothing.

Yet you choose self imposed ignorance, comfort, over reality.

This country is at war. You are living in a failing society that is being controlled through media, education and chemical manipulation. "

I wish I could send her this but I now know she would just check out mentally in the first few sentences.

I miss you, kiddo.

I feel like this is happening with my daughter as well. We avoid talking about certain subjects to help keep us from arguing. It's sad.

That’s what we tried to do but it didn’t work.

Avoiding it really just reinforces her echo chamber making the problem 100x worse.

I don't mean to presume... Pray. Meditate on the situation. Engage your inner mind without external distractions. Your situation is unique. Meaning, only you can find the solution.

I will also pray for your success.
