Biden is working hard to make sure as many southerners as possible die or suffer from get power outages. This was planned out a long time going back to the Obama years. They knew it was going to get colder as a result of the grand solar minimum but instead they lied and kept saying it would get warmer. A lot of people are going to feel they have nothing left and possibly they would be inclined to consider marching on Washington DC. The military is probably there to make sure this can't happen and to keep the puppets in power.
