For me I would have to say Washington then Trump. Washington could have been king, but instead he set the standard for two terms. Dude guided a fledgling nation. He also warned us about political parties on his exit from office.

I'm not downplaying anything Trump did, I think he's the second best (and my favorite). Its just even with the fuckery from within our country that he had to deal with, I think that was easier than being the potus of our nation in its early formation.
