He also gave amnesty and green cards to around 8 million illegals. His "guest farm workers green cards/visas" plan was a disaster. About 3.5M of the 8M amnestied illegals snuck in through the fraudulent "guest farm workers" plan. He also signed the EMTALA Act which gave all illegals FREE SHIT healthcare in all ERs in America.
