Maybe Harris thinks that if they could successfully charge President Trump with a crime over January 6th, then if Republicans take back control they could prosecute her over bailing out rioters and saying that they won't stop while indirectly praising them for it.

The GOP probably won't, but she may still be thinking about it in the back of her mind.
