I sort of think a number of people would have acted, but didn’t want to screw up whatever Trumps plans were. The sentiment on here with at least 1/2 the people seemed to be that he had a plan in the works. Not sure if he was blackmailed or maybe didn’t ever have a plan, but that ended up being a missed opportunity.
