When that cold first hit, the first thing I did was to make sure the Big Green Egg could still do a low-and-slow cook (baby backs and pork bellies) in these temps. Didn't disappoint, either. Been a big part of the stable for many, many years.

Fuckers should have hit H-E-B when they had a chance. Oh well...
