My memories of Rush are not tied to a single moment but tied to memories of my Father. He would listen daily while we were growing up. I would catch parts here and there as he would drive me to and from school stuff. I actually borrowed and read The Way Things Ought To Be from my Dad when I was in HS or College. Anyways I just sort of grew up and did my own thing but when my Father passed in 2015 I started listening partly as a way to reconnect with memories of my Dad. Very quickly started listening every day and have been ever since. Now with Rush gone, I feel a bit lost and alone.

I understand. I wasn't able to faithfully listen to him all the time but when something crazy or upsetting would happen in the world, I knew I could tune into Rush and he'd somehow make it seem a little better. Now the world seems emptier.

Great story. Thanks for sharing.

We all feel a little lost right now, with the current state of affairs. .
But you are not lost alone, Pede
