He's trying to play it safe. Knowing Trump is the king maker in the republican party he wants to be on the right side of history, but is serious? I don't know, I am all for forgiveness but I live by the words: Talk is cheap actions speak louder than words. If he starts putting some skin in the game like his reputation and begins taking a stand and demanding a reversal of some of this insane shit I will be willing to hear him out
