Race relations have sure deteriorated since Obama was elected and the Dems decided to use identity politics to gain power and stir up trouble. Black and hispanic and minority unemployment were at record lows under Trump. Now watch them go back up again under Dems.
It's not just Obama, because this phenomenon is global.
Race relations deteriorated because (thanks to the internet) people were able to get access to crime stats and psychology and biology literature online. The Left realised their planned mixed-race utopia was under threat so they have since gone insane with race-mixing propaganda and affirmative action'ing their allies into positions of influence. Notice how they no longer debate the science and stats on race? Now they just go for straight up de-platforming.
This has red pilled even more people because it's so jarring to their experience of pre-2010. Even my normie wife now yells at the TV screen when she sees forced WFBM couples featured in the show she's watching and the majority of the ads.

More simply, most black people are nice to me here, and given your extreme statement, my anecdote alone is enough to prove it wrong. Got hundreds of anecdotal counter examples to your point, and then there's people like Candace Owens, the Hodge twins... This is a stupid take, and the outright racist statement is ammunition to be used against patriots.win.
No doubt there are many who fiercely hate white people (some of every race, but wouldn't be surprised if it's higher with white liberals). But it's dumb to mirror the same type of hate. Tons of black people had nothing to do with this shit, but if they use your logic, they will hate you. Obviously you would know this, so, this feels pointless to write. The underlying concern is not unreasonable regarding racial hatred, and it's totally understandable to be paranoid at this point. Yet saying all black people hate you becomes a distraction from a real issue, IMO. A real issue that people indeed are targeting whites and mostly are shitheaded liberals plus some percent of old-fashioned racists.

Actually no matter how extreme those may be, none of those things are excuses for a violent crime, especially the type in the OP. But it would be odd if it didn't increase the proportion of criminals within a society.

I agree that we shouldn't play into the obvious racial division card. They are pushing white supremacist narratives everywhere and it's obvious that racial animosity works against us.
It's easy to go down the wignat rabbit hole if you've been sheltered from the reality of minority violence and then discover you could spend literal days reading about the atrocities done to innocent white people of which there really is no inverse comparison. That's what the system wants though. It wants people to be either blissfully unaware and thus accepting of the minority victim narrative or to be prodded into a rage that can be used against them.
The solution is and always has been to define your in-group identity (Americans) and the identity of the out-group (Communists). It doesn't matter what racial lines make up those identities.
