My 75 Yr old brother has been 3 days, no electric, freezing temperatures, and now no water. Has Biden even commented on this situation?

He lives around San Benito He's 75 and has no other heat source.Thanks for the offer I just spoke to him a little bit ago a neighbor has let him charge the cell phone and let them come over and warm up. But now they have no water. Not sure if the water froze or if it's because they're not pumping water

You're welcome. I'm sorry to hear this. Unfortunately, I live at the opposite end of the state. I'm glad he has some caring neighbors.
