And this will fail as well. Why? Because the filibuster is still in place. And ALL it takes is ONE Democrat to say no to the bill in the Senate. And it just so happens that there is a Democrat Senator in West Virginia that is super pro gun and has said he's not interested in this bill.
So even without the filibuster (which we still have so they need 60 votes), if every Republican Senator voted no, which they will, that SINGLE Senator kills the bill.
