Just staring at a woman and the thoughts begin to be said out loud on video, as if it's going through his mind. Your going to impersonate his voice of course lol but hell why not. Imagine whats going through Bills mind well now we don't have to imagine it at all. There are thousands of videos that can be made and it will drive the left nuts!!! plus it'll be fun too lol. I know memes by themselves are fun but hearing and seeing it would be hilarious.
