Wind turbines are great, unless there is no wind, not enough wind, or too much wind. They fail if it is too hot, or too cold. The blades chop up birds, and parachutists, and cannot be recycled. Big maintenance costs. Annoying noise, an eyesore. Like voting machines, can't rely on them. (media.patriots.win)

Natural gas fucked up TX even more than wind energy.

Also the wind turbines are all in RED AREAS in west TX. The TX GOP promoted shutting down coal plants in the 2000s and 2010s and replacing them with wind and natural gas. Abbott is so fucked in 2022.
